Megan Lynch Adler

President

Since 2002, Megan has grown and run Sublime Designs Media, a marketing and branding firm that takes a fresh approach to solving your toughest marketing challenges. We specialize in crafting solutions that get results fast: whether reinventing an existing brand, creating a new marketing strategy, or reinvigorating your team.

Sublime has grown from a one-woman consulting company to an international firm with clients across verticals.

As the daughter of a diplomat, Megan lived in Chile, Spain, El Salvador, and Germany. This international experience has shaped her aesthetic, giving her a rich and diverse approach to design with a special sensitivity to other cultures and ideas. Megan is bilingual in Spanish. 

In 2016, Megan was named one of LA’s Women of Influence by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Megan holds a BA in Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University.

Eric Hadlow

Account Management

Eric has 20+ years experience in the airline industry working under the same family: Delta Air Lines, Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and most recently the SkyTeam Airline Alliance Management based at Schiphol Airport.

At SkyTeam, he was in charge of coordinating the SkyTeam Corporate Agreements (SCA) Program, a multi-airline discounting program fully competition law-compliant arranged with one legal agreement which provides access to all its 19 members’ global network.

His skills in customer experience, communications, policies and procedures helped to excel and grow the program composed of truly global companies including some of the world’s largest, such as GE, ExxonMobil, AstraZeneca, BASF, SAP, Philips, Sony, and more.

Eric was born and raised in El Salvador and has lived in 4 different countries in 3 continents. He’s a passionate traveler with British and Salvadoran nationalities. He recently relocated back home after almost 20 years living in Europe to begin a new life with his partner and her daughter.

T Sahara Meer

Project Management

T began her career in project management as a senior editor, then managing editor, for New York Magazine. In addition to producing the weekly issues online, she also played an integral part in the launch of renowned cultural brands Vulture, Grub Street and The Cut. For the last 10 years, she has served as an editorial director and project director for AMC Networks, where she’s had the pleasure of collaborating with executive producers and writers on the development of marketing, PR and sales features for award-winning shows like Breaking Bad, Killing Eve, Mad Men, The Walking Dead and more. T is based in downtown LA, and in her spare time, she helps produce indie films and loves going on historical walking tours.

Camila Cuervo

Design

Camila is an Art Director with 7+ years experience working for advertising agencies. She has collaborated with brands across industries, including retail, fashion, banking, entertainment, food & beverage, as well as internal communications, in both Colombia and Mexico. She is an especially accomplished illustrator, which shines through the different art pieces that she creates. Her experience ranges from art direction to social media strategy, making her profile an added value for what the current market demands. She has her own illustration project with human focus on instagram and she dedicates her free time to it.

Clark Miller

Design

Clark is a Creative Director with 20+ years experience in both the editorial and marketing worlds. He specializes in creating visual content and developing impactful brands that connect with customers on every level. He believes that story is everything and all visuals must be in alignment with telling the most compelling story possible. In service of this goal, he creates branding, UX, digital imagery, illustrations, motion graphics/animations and has been commissioned to create artwork for clients such as Patagonia Provisions, Vox, Corsair, Okta, The Information, Argo Al, Wipro and QuantumScape among others. 
 
Clark was also the creative director for Sunset Magazine, design director for San Francisco Magazine, and an art director for Diablo Custom Publications.

Tara Sullivan

Content

Tara has more than 30 years of experience in multiple facets of marketing. In each role, whether internal or external, she focuses on compelling content to create connections and motivate action. Her current work ranges from healthcare technology to neurodiverse education to global development, using tools from blogs to websites to integrated campaigns. Past work includes educating through story-telling as executive editor of a national magazine for Thrivent Financial, where she also led multiple marketing initiatives. Prior to that, she worked as both a consultant and a local marketing director for Deloitte, working to highlight leaders’ expertise while paving the way for relationships. She started her career in a public relations firm, growing market share and increasing awareness for a diverse range of businesses.

Tara holds a BA in English from Carleton College.

Julio Ramos

Design

Julio brings 15+ years in graphic design experience to our team. He has a truly unique creative eye — and has the ability to weave together different design styles and aesthetics to create beautiful designs. Although he’s an accomplished designer all around, he truly shines when it comes to logo design, illustration, layouts and custom typography. Prior to joining Sublime, he worked as Creative Director at Loafing in Tampa, the alternative weekly publication, where he oversaw a team of 2 designers, freelance photographers, and illustrators. Prior to 2014, he worked freelance, where his work spanned across industries and customers. Julio has a BFA from the Art Institute of Tampa and a BA in advertising and public relations from Sacred Heart University in Puerto Rico.

Amanda L. Smith

Design

Amanda is an accomplished graphic designer with expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Although she works in all mediums, her speciality is layout design, with an emphasis in longer publications and documents. She has produced print and eBooks, newsletters, magazines, white papers and more for clients including Appirio, The State Bar of California, and The Marin Municipal Water District. Amanda also works with clients to help update their websites in WordPress.

Before starting at Sublime in 2011, Amanda worked as a Billing Coordinator at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP where she interfaced with attorneys regarding their billing and created training manuals for new employees.

Amanda holds a BA in Sociology from San Francisco State University.

Jacob Raccuia

Web Development

Jacob Raccuia is a web developer and technical director from Connecticut. He graduated from George Washington University in 2014 with a Masters of Science in Information Systems Technology.  Fluent in PHP, JS, CSS and HTML, WordPress development is one of his big passions.  In his time off from work, Jacob enjoys playing music (saxophone, piano, bass) with his many bands and foraging for mushrooms.

Heather Polivka

Marketing & Brand Strategy

Heather has a record of driving brand awareness and revenue growth for industry leaders UnitedHealth Group, Lenox and Target.

For 11+ years at UnitedHealth Group, Heather led the activities of a global marketing division that she launched and nurtured as she brought her consumer mindset to the talent space. She established that Fortune 6 organization’s employer brand strategy, media strategy and marketing infrastructure. During her tenure, the organization quadrupled in size and expanded globally. Heather transitioned their existing brand presence in India and the Philippines, and launched their business brands in Brazil and Ireland. She served as a critical linkage between the Marketing and Human Resource organizations, reporting into the Chief Officers for both.

Before her time at UnitedHealth Group, Heather created the Product Marketing disciple and online distribution channel for a division of Lenox. Prior to that, Heather spent 10 years in product management and owned brand development for Target Corporation.

Heather holds an MBA in Marketing and Global Strategy, with a minor in Operations from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.

For those who have worked with Heather, she is known for her extensive use of analogies and love of Spanish wine.

Brad Baer

Digital Strategy and Web Development

Brad specializes in digital strategy and web development, helping customers create web marketing strategies and deploy them online with the right technologies. He has been in marketing for 15 years and has done everything from high-level strategy work to website coding to social media and everything in between.

Previous to joining Sublime, he was the Director of Marketing at Atrium, where he built the marketing department from scratch and oversaw brand, sales enablement, website and digital marketing, overall strategy and day-to-day content marketing. Prior to that, he was the online marketing manager at Appirio, where he managed all of the company’s web properties. He also worked at Apple as the Global Technology Specialist for digital meetings and events.

Brad has a BA in Communications from University of Toledo.

Jaclyn Inglis

Public Relations

With more than eight years of media and marketing experience, Jaclyn has represented an array of clients in fields ranging from technology to healthcare. As the publicist for these organizations, she has secured placements on major network television stations and top-tier newspapers and magazines. Her clients have been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fox News, Vogue Magazine, The Huffington Post, Elle, CNET, NBC, The CW Network, just to name a few.

Prior to this, Jaclyn was the marketing representative and music supervisor for one of New York’s oldest and most renowned commercial music houses; the online marketing manager for top internationally touring rock bands; and she helped launch a successful music editorial website as the editor-in-chief, giving her a unique insider’s perspective.

Jaclyn holds a BA in Communication Studies from Indiana University.
