Since 2002, Megan has grown and run Sublime Designs Media, a creative marketing and branding firm that takes a fresh approach to solving your toughest marketing challenges. Over the years, Megan has grown the agency from a small local firm to an international company with clients across verticals.
As the daughter of a diplomat, Megan lived in Chile, Spain, El Salvador, and Germany. This international experience has shaped her approach to almost everything she does and given her a rich and diverse approach to marketing with a special sensitivity to other cultures and ideas. Megan is bilingual in Spanish.
In 2016, Megan was named one of LA’s Women of Influence by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
Megan holds a BA in Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University.
Prior to joining Sublime, T spent over 20 years on the client side, working with agency partners to create and promote iconic cultural brands.
At New York Magazine, she played an integral part in the launch, growth and success of nymag.com, including its digital properties Vulture, Grub Street and The Cut.
Most recently, she served as an editorial director and project director for AMC Networks, where she had the pleasure of collaborating with executive producers and writers on the development of multimedia marketing, PR and sales initiatives for award-winning shows like Breaking Bad, Mad Men, The Walking Dead, Killing Eve and more.
T and her work have been honored with multiple awards, including the Webbys, Cablefax and ASMEs. She’s loving being on the agency side now, utilizing her vast experience and expertise to help her clients not only achieve their business goals, but surpass them.
T is based in Los Angeles, and in her spare time, she helps produce indie films and enjoys walks in Griffith Park with her dog, Lucy Petunia.
Eric has 20+ years experience in the airline industry working under the same family: Delta Air Lines, Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and most recently the SkyTeam Airline Alliance Management based at Schiphol Airport.
At SkyTeam, he was in charge of coordinating the SkyTeam Corporate Agreements (SCA) Program, a multi-airline discounting program fully competition law-compliant arranged with one legal agreement which provides access to all its 19 members’ global network.
His skills in customer experience, communications, policies and procedures helped to excel and grow the program composed of truly global companies including some of the world’s largest, such as GE, ExxonMobil, AstraZeneca, BASF, SAP, Philips, Sony, and more.
Eric was born and raised in El Salvador and has lived in 4 different countries in 3 continents. He’s a passionate traveler with British and Salvadoran nationalities. He recently relocated back home after almost 20 years living in Europe to begin a new life with his partner and her daughter.
Over the course of his career, Matt has dedicated a significant portion to designing for B2C clients, particularly in the realms of Menswear and Luxury Accessories. His portfolio boasts an impressive array of collaborations with renowned retail giants, including Levi’s, Vans, Dickies, Reef, Faherty, Timex, Lucky Jeans, Comedy Central, Patagonia, Alpha Industries, Orvis, and J.Crew. Matt also co-founded CXXVI Clothing Company, a venture that garnered acclaim as “One of our favorite up-and-coming American Labels” according to Hypebeast.
Matt was born and raised on Long Island, New York, and embarked on his design journey at the young age of 18. Since then, he has crafted brands that have graced the pages of GQ, Men’s Health, Uncrate.com, and Adweek, solidifying his reputation as a tastemaker and trendsetter in the world of design.
Camila is an Art Director with 7+ years experience working for advertising agencies. She has collaborated with brands across industries, including retail, fashion, banking, entertainment, food & beverage, as well as internal communications, in both Colombia and Mexico. She is an especially accomplished illustrator, which shines through the different art pieces that she creates. Her experience ranges from art direction to social media strategy, making her profile an added value for what the current market demands. She has her own illustration project with human focus on instagram and she dedicates her free time to it.
Tara has more than 30 years of experience in multiple facets of marketing. In each role, whether internal or external, she focuses on compelling content to create connections and motivate action. Her current work ranges from healthcare technology to neurodiverse education to global development, using tools from blogs to websites to integrated campaigns. Past work includes educating through story-telling as executive editor of a national magazine for Thrivent Financial, where she also led multiple marketing initiatives. Prior to that, she worked as both a consultant and a local marketing director for Deloitte, working to highlight leaders’ expertise while paving the way for relationships. She started her career in a public relations firm, growing market share and increasing awareness for a diverse range of businesses.
Tara holds a BA in English from Carleton College.
Amanda is an accomplished graphic designer with expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Although she works in all mediums, her speciality is layout design, with an emphasis in longer publications and documents. She has produced print and eBooks, newsletters, magazines, white papers and more for clients including Appirio, The State Bar of California, and The Marin Municipal Water District. Amanda also works with clients to help update their websites in WordPress.
Before starting at Sublime in 2011, Amanda worked as a Billing Coordinator at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP where she interfaced with attorneys regarding their billing and created training manuals for new employees.
Amanda holds a BA in Sociology from San Francisco State University.
Jacob Raccuia is a web developer and technical director from Connecticut. He graduated from George Washington University in 2014 with a Masters of Science in Information Systems Technology. Fluent in PHP, JS, CSS and HTML, WordPress development is one of his big passions. In his time off from work, Jacob enjoys playing music (saxophone, piano, bass) with his many bands and foraging for mushrooms.
