Then we translated that story into a company-wide rollout—ensuring alignment from the inside out and consistency across every customer touchpoint. We also refreshed the visual brand identity and, together with Protos, applied it across the website, pitch deck, and sales materials.

To amplify the brand in the market, Sublime launched a series of integrated initiatives:

  • Thought leadership programs to expand executive visibility
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) to deepen existing relationships
  • Sales enablement to improve win rates

The impact was immediate and lasting: Employees rallied around a unified brand promise, creating clarity and momentum across the business. Clear, consistent messaging strengthened market differentiation and awareness. An executive thought leadership program drove a 600% increase in LinkedIn impressions and reach within 200 days. And within weeks of the first brand awareness campaign, Protos saw a measurable increase in direct sales inquiries.
